Snapped branches

2 of my 3 hibuscus plants and my one bougainvillea branches was damaged due to poor packaging. I would suggest packing it tightly with crumpled newspaper instead of a few pieces of loose plastic which didnt help at all. Hopefully next time the packaging will be better
